Healthy life style

Nowadays life is becoming more and more stressful. People live under the pressure of various problems social, ecological, economical and others. They constantly suffer from stress, noise and dust in big cities especially urban places. In order to overcome all difficulties a person should be strong and healthy, take care of physical and mental health. There are several ways to do that. Sport is of primary importance. The Greek used to say "a sound mind is in a sound body". Nowadays different kinds of sports become more accessible for people. Vast network of sport clubs offers a great choice of them having necessary equipments and trainers helping choose the right set of exercises. The mosthealthy kind of sports are swimming, jogging and yoga. 


Healthy lifestyle presupposes healthy food. Usually healthy food is simple. The daily menu includes meat, fruits and vegetables, milk products. Fruits and vegetables contain different vitamins and give us energy. I prefer milk to coffee, seafood to meat, vegetable soup to fatty broth. People go on a diet especially women. But I prefer to keephealthy life day to sitting on a diet occasionally because some diet may appear harmful for our health. 
Also I avoid eating in restaurants or cafes especially fast food. I prefer homemade food. I don't mind national kitchen when I go to this or that country. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes serving delicious national meals. I'm very curious about them because they are tempting. I hate Mexican food because it's too spicy. I like Japanese food especially sushi but homemade. To my mind the most tasty is Italian food especially pizza. For a healthy person there's no room for smoking, alcohol or drugs because they are sure to destroy both body and brain. To keep healthy and fit we'd better avoid anxiety and stress, keep to healthy food and be sportive.


Food is what fuels your life. This is very essential when you are choosing to live healthy. Start by eating a healthy diet made of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. It should be rich in fiber and low in fat. Constant intake of junk foods, caffeinated drinks, and alcohol can cause both physical and mental damage that will result to lack of energy and inability to perform better in school or in work. What you eat is what you will become. If you eat healthy, you will become healthy but once you eat junks, you will become junk also because you will feel weak and perform poorly.
Exercise is also one of the common ways to live a healthy lifestyle. Though it is very hard to maintain an exercise routine in this fast pace world, you must at least spend 15-20 minutes of your time to stretch and strengthen your body. Exercise will not only benefit physical strength but as well as mental alertness. It will keep you physically fit to perform well and at the same time feel better throughout the day because of the chemicals released during exercise that can improve your mood.
Take time to rest. This is also included in ways to live a healthy lifestyle because living in a highly demanding world deprives most of us to rest fully. Many people have the tendency to always keep with the pace that they take sleep for granted. They spend so much time thinking and working to be able to beat the deadlines. However, no matter what your age is, your body and mind need enough rest and sleep to be able to function fully. Abusing your body will have its toll in the long run.
One of the best ways to live a healthy lifestyle is to have balance between family, work and play. Always take time to enjoy and involve your family. Take a break from work and go out with friends and family. Work, work, and too much work are not healthy for any individual and so is too much time to play. Always create a balance to promote a happy and blissful life.
Choosing to have a healthy lifestyle diet plan does not happen overnight. Take time to make small changes in the way you live and follow these ways to live a healthy lifestyle one at a time. You must remember that making drastic changes can lead to failure and eventually hurt your body. Figure out which of the ways to live a healthy lifestyle you should start with first and eventually add each change until you fully develop a healthy lifestyle.

When i wake up,that already 10am,this is the my normal wake up time at the day that no have class.This mean today i didn't have class.Today is holiday-Deepavali.In case i should be go out with my coursemate but i am not,because of my next week lab test and some meeting,i choose to stay at university to study.But I think i make a right choice to stay at university because whole day raining.:)

Today also get more understand about my programming C++ from my seniors.Thanks a lot my kindly senior because they give their sleeping time to teach us,haha.Coming to the night,i need to attend a meeting but still raining,this cause me be late to that meeting,sorry about that.Quiet bored about that meeting but i learn a skill which is use some paper to make a paper's flower,that awesome.Worth it to attended!haha!

Back to the kolej,i get my supper "Taufuhua TangYuan" from my senior.That are quite delicious,thanks senior yar~EnJoY liFe in U~^^

So fast,busy uni-life is already passing about 1 month,i also stay at kolej about 1 month.At here,i get many friend buddies which is come from different state.Although we always busy on our self-thing,but this cant break our friendship.
Today is our comp night which is a gathering with our senior and having dinner together.After class,i rush back to kolej to prepare for tonight.At there,i enjoy the delicious food which ukm didn't have,quite happy about this,haha.After this,we chitchat with senior and get more information about the ukm.The more important thing is the friendship being more strong.
